Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Shaboodle subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription page. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which it reverts to the Free plan. You never lose access to your data.
What happens to my assets if I downgrade?
If you downgrade to Free, assets above the Free plan limit are frozen — meaning they are hidden from your dashboard but not deleted. Upgrade again at any time to restore full access to all your assets and their documents.
Is the Family plan right for me?
The Family plan lets one subscriber invite up to four family members, each with their own asset Virtual Vault. It is ideal for households that want to organise all their jointly-owned and individually-owned assets — vehicles, properties, watches and more — in one place.
What payment methods are accepted?
Shaboodle accepts all major debit and credit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. All payments are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our servers.
How secure is my data?
All data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL and stored securely in UK data centres. Documents you upload are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We never share your personal data or asset information with third parties without your consent.
Can I try Shaboodle before subscribing?
Yes — the Free plan lets you store up to three assets with full document storage, timeline tracking and marketplace access at no cost. You can upgrade to Personal or Family at any time when you need to manage more assets or unlock advanced features.
